about Dr. Kroc's supposed alien adventure:
Several months ago, Dr. Kroc disappeared for several weeks. I couldn't find him in any of his usual hangouts. When I finally saw him, he told me a wild story. He swears he was abducted by some friendly aliens that had a shortage of Dentists on their planet. Dr. Kroc says the aliens can control whether they appear in photographs or not with a device in their belts so it hard to take their picture. Look at this picture and decide for yourself. Dr. Kroc says you see his good friend, Derwok. I'm not sure what to do. Dr. Kroc seems as crazy as always but he can't be shaken from this crazy unbelievable story. I guess I'll just think a while before I do anything drastic. I'm glad he didn't bring back new alien weapons to fight "plaque". That could have been dangerous.

Dr Kroc says the aliens had been impressed with his total dedication in fighting bacteria plaque that hurts out teeth, and convincing kids to take better care of their teeth so they were convinced Dr. Kroc could really help their planet. They had put much effort into high tech stuff but had sadly neglected their teeth and were having terrible dental problems. Derwok says (according to Dr. Kroc) that Dr Kroc convinced them to brush and floss their teeth every day and the planet will built schools to train many alien dentists. So thinks are looking much better and the alien dental should be solved soon. A happy ending, for sure. .

Dr. Kroc doesn't know. The ship was quiet and seemed very fast so it could probably travel a great distance. Most of the time at the alien planet, Dr. Kroc was inside buildings and didn't wander around outside. Dr. Kroc's program was broadcast on an advanced communication system so everyone could see him at the same time. But many alien dentists and leaders still wanted to meet him in person so he was quite busy most of the time. Everyone wanted to learn how to take better care of their teeth and Dr. Kroc was happy to help them. Dr. Kroc has the impression that its kind of dark during the day compared to Earth. Kroc says Derwok complains about how bright the sun is here. (I'm afraid Dr. Kroc may have really "lost it" this time, he really believes this alien stuff, I think. Dr. B.)

"The aliens are nice and want to take care of their teeth, that's the most important thing," says Dr. Kroc. They are very smart and are look a lot like humans. Dr. Kroc remembers that the head was a little larger and also the eyes had big pupils for seeing in the dark.. Dr. Kroc is reluctant to say any more. I think he made a promise.

Dr. Kroc is very mysterious about this. He talks a lot about an alien named Derwok, and got to know him well during his visit. . Once in his sleep, I think he said "Derwok, you will be fine dentist, or something like that. ??? Is Dr. Kroc planning on enrolling Derwok in a Dental school here? Or maybe Dr. Kroc will just let him watch our "programs" and teach Derwok himself? Well, thinks are always exciting around Dr. Kroc, I just hope he hasn't gone completing crazy.
