Dr Babcock has maintained his practice in Newport News since 1977.  In 1983, Dr. Babcock relocated his Newport News practice to a custom designed solar building. The natural day-lighting, energy efficiency, and high cathedral ceilings provides a nice environment.  Ample parking, with direct access from Denbigh Boulevard help patient access.

Dr. Babcock is committed to dental education within our community.  Area school children know him best as Dr. Kroc's companion during Dental Health month as he accompanies the slightly crazed, but lovable Dr. Kroc in communicating the importance of proper daily dental hygiene to little ones in an entertaining multi-media presentation. KIDS REMEMBER  Dr. KROC. He resides in Yorktown with his wife, Pearl. Both children are completing their schooling at the present time.

Pearl                                                                                       Pearl Babcock - New Patient Coordinator (to right)

Pearl has lived on the Peninsula for over 35 years following her arrival from China.  While still in high school, she coordinated the construction of the Warwick Blvd relocation of the family restaurant, the Port Arthur, as her English was better than her parents. A CNU graduate, Pearl  started initially in the office as a temporary emergency receptionist substitute.  She enjoyed the work so much that she stayed on. She find her role as patient coordinator and office administrator rewarding.  Watching so many patients blossom and gain new confidence as their smiles improve is so much fun to witness. Working with  a caring and professional team is also very gratifying.  Pearl is a creative cook, and an accomplished snow skier. She enjoys traveling with her family greatly.
